Certification: Our certification program is designed to evaluate & validate what features are actually in an accessible short-term rental. We look at features for wheelchair, walker, hearing, vision, and Autism/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) accessibility. A Becoming rentABLE certification allows renters to feel confident that the property they choose will have exactly what they need & that it has been confirmed by a 3rd party expert.
