BECT is a House of Expertise, established in Egypt since 1989, ventured in KSA in 2006 as a limited liability partnership, founded by two partners, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ossama EL HOSSEINY & Prof. Dr. Arch. Omar EL HOSSEINY. Major General Eng. M.E. ABD EL SALAM, who joined BECT in year 2000, is honorary BECT’s Chairman.
Our services extend, but not limited, to the three main engineering aspects which are Design, Construction Supervision, and Project Management. In addition, BECT has the experience to conduct all relevant consulting services such as Geotechnical Analysis, Electro-Mechanical Studies, Environmental Assessment and Traffic Studies.
