BEDC uses a combination of technology and a highly skilled team to deliver a strong and differentiated offer to its customers. The technology platform is a proprietary, in-house built artificial intelligence solution that uses machine learning to automatically break down & detect all unique components and pieces of information in a plan, interpret the drawings, extract the information, and process it into a quote and design ready to be manufactured.
Our AI solution is augmented by our outstanding team of civil engineers based in Manila, who complete plans as necessary and perform “confirm and/or correct” human in the loop processes which allows our AI to constantly learn and improve its outputs.
The residential design process globally is still nearly 100% manual, inefficient and often inaccurate - and while this is a complex and difficult problem to solve using technology, we have made huge strides over the past three years as our happy customers in three different countries will attest.
