Beech Ovens is the world leader in spectacular cooking equipment! We built our first wood fired pizza oven in 1989 and now boast many well-known clients including leading kitchen designers, restaurateurs and chefs as well as internationally recognised luxury hotels, restaurants, casinos, cruise ships and pizza chains. In April 2011 we joined the Middleby Corporation.
Our product range is comprehensive and designed for commercial kitchens. The range includes stone hearth ovens, wood fired ovens, gas fired ovens, electric stone hearth ovens, pizza ovens, duck ovens, tandoors, rotisseries, bread ovens, standard and specialty char grills as well as churrascos, teppanyaki, shawarmas and parillas. We even design and manufacture custom-made fireplaces.
