Since 2017 we’ve been changing the facilities and space management industry. We realised that while occupancy levels decreased, energy usage stayed the same, resulting in a lot of wasted carbon and money in space and facilities. Which is all down to how occupancy was monitored, often by hand and infrequently. Change was needed. We created a Sensor to understand how space is being used and a dashboard to provide insight in how to best manage it.
