Befarme Agricultural Technologies is a digital agriculture start-up company that was established in 2021 with the support The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) 1512 program. In the cabins developed, we autonomously provide the specific climatic conditions and the nutrients needed for each plant grown with the soilless vertical farming method, without the need for user intervention. With our IoT and cloud-based technology, the data coming is sent in every minute to the user and it is processed to grow more delicious and quality plants using less resources and time. While contributing to the solution of the climate crisis by leaving less carbon footprints on our environment, we support the sustainability of agriculture by developing algorithms that will reduce water and nutrition resource usage. For this purpose, we continue our work at the Incubation Center in Bilkent Cyberpark.
