Behan Associates Landscape Architecture and Engineering DPC doing business as Behan Planning and Design is a nationally-recognized community planning, engineering, and landscape architecture design firm located in Saratoga Springs, New York. The firm is a New York State certified Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and NYS Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Founded in 1994 by the firm’s principal partners Cynthia A. Behan, RLA and John J. Behan, AICP, the firm’s professionals are dedicated to building strong client partnerships. We have been fortunate to have seen our work successfully implemented in hundreds of projects in communities across New York and New England.
