Behavioural Leeway is a consultancy for behaviourally informed change – in organisations and public decision making. We apply behavioural science, predictive analytics, and behavioural design to understand how behaviour is shaped by context – and how it can shift when conditions are right. Our approach, Predictive Behavioural Design, links behavioural diagnostics with intervention: we identify behavioural patterns, analyse decision environments, and design interventions with systemic relevance and measurable effect. We work with organisations facing complex transformation processes, helping them anticipate behavioural dynamics, detect points of resistance, and establish the conditions for adaptive, lasting change. Our core premise: change does not occur in a vacuum. It is shaped by entrenched behavioural patterns, cognitive heuristics, and institutional structures.
