For this purpose, we use Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Techniques, and Mindfulness & Visualisation Techniques in our work with our clientele. In addition, we work with experts in the field of Sport Science and Physiology, and Nutrition to offer Integrated Human Performance services for athletes as well as interested clientele.
