Even coaches need a coach! I created "Behind the Poster" to help women in the workplace work on their goals and plans discreetly, without announcing them until they're ready. Have you ever seen someone make a huge leap forward and wondered how they did it? It often happens behind the scenes, or "behind the poster." Just like Andy in "The Shawshank Redemption" (one of my favorite movies), who secretly dug his way out of his current environment to reach his dream destination, you too can work on your goals behind the scenes until you're ready to reveal them.
