Behind the Reels is a Youth-Centered Mental Health initiative dedicated to shining light on mental health issues hidden behind the glamorous reels of today. We believe in the power of dialogue, storytelling, and community outreach to foster mental health. We aim to break down the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and empower young to take charge of their mental well-being.
