BEID Consulting Services (B.C.S) is an Afghan-owned firm registered in Afghanistan with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under the license number (D-33223) in 2010, which specializes in the evaluation, research, survey, capacity development, and financial services in Afghanistan. B.C.S has demonstrated an unmatched capacity to arrange and lead evaluation services to a wide range of institutions and individuals in all provinces of Afghanistan. B.C.S’s clients include international and local NGOs, multilateral donors, governments, and the private sector. B.C.S retains a network of associated consultants and external subject-matter experts who can be mobilized to support evaluation design and analysis.
