Beijing Dimon CNC Technology Co., Ltd(DMNC), a manufacturing subsidiary of Beijing Insitute of Electro-machining(BIEM), was founded in 1978 as a pioneer of the development of EDM technology and cooperated with Japanese Sodick to developed high accuracy CNC EDM machine in 1994.
Now, we are the leading manufacturer of CNC die-sinking EDM in China, the performance of our machine is competitive in the market, best surface finish Ra0.xn--08m-you. We had participated in many key projects in the Aerospace and army industry in China, and have the capacity to the developed the latest technology in the EDM industry.
We also had developed high-performance circuits for various hard alloy, for example, the performance of processing tungsten carbide is similar to the performance of machines made by Japanese and European manufacturers.
We are now producing CNC EDM with table size from 300×212mm up to 2600×900mm(double heads), with 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis control, and widely used for the automotive industry, molds industry, aerospace industry and etc.
Besides, we also provide CNC wire EDM, ZNC EDM, and small hole drilling EDM.
