A good coach doesn't empower people. A good coach helps his or her clients reclaim agency in their own lives - personally and professionally - so that they can start empowering themselves. That is the foundation of being better - empowering yourself to be whatever you want to be and to achieve whatever you want to achieve. This is what I do. I help people be better - whatever that means to them. I help people not only face and overcome challenges, I help them clear the road ahead to chart their own path into the future. Business is no different. When you run a business - especially your own - it is a part of you. You live and breath it everyday. You share its successes and worry over its challenges. That is why I take the same approach to the growth, prosperity, and longevity of your business as I would for your personal or professional life. Business is personal and when you hold something that close, it is incredibly difficult to gain the perspective to see clearly its strengths, its weaknesses, and its potential. I work directly with Founders, owners, and executives. I help them see their business clearly, cohesively, and comprehensively in order to gain a more holistic perspective free of any ingrained operational ideas or biases that limit their business' successful growth.
