Beit Youssef aims to build a product-based organization whose goal is to exceed customer expectations, increase production efficiency, empower and support local farmers and women along with their families and, last but not least, develop a sustainable agriculture sector capable of generating healthy cash flow to survive.
*Mouneh is an old food tradition still produced in rural Lebanon involving the annual processing of fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and animal by-products.
