A empresa foi fundada em 1990 na cidade de Gaurama, região norte do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, nas instalações de uma antiga indústria de vinhos. Iniciou suas atividades com dois funcionários que faziam a lapidação de pedras semipreciosas que, posteriormente, eram comercializadas na região.
Atualmente conta com cerca de 200 colaboradores e uma fábrica de aproximadamente 5000m² totalmente voltada para a produção de semi joias com pedras. Atende clientes que possuem marca própria, mas que não possuem parque fabril.
