Our non-profit organization was founded with the aim of making the European Diversity Charter accessible to all companies and organizations in Belgium. From our non-profit organization, and as our name suggests, we are not concerned with one-off diversity activities but seek ways and methods to look at inclusion in a systemic way. The creation and management of the Charter with its community is a first step towards a broader operation that can and will have social impact.
