Belorussian-German JV BELDTS was founded in 2000 as affiliate company of German group of companies DTS (Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany). Now it is and independent joint venture enterprise with the overseas investments. JV BELDTS develops software for German companies on terms of long-term contracts. The main customer is the German leader of eMarketing and Web2Print software solutions - DTS Medien AG, vendor of ISY3 product suite (www.isy3.com) . JV BELDTS distributes ISY3 product suite and solutions implemented on its base in CIS states on permission of DTS Service GmbH. Core competencies: 1. Outsourcing software development (Key competence: Java, Flex, C++, Web based applications, distributed Enterprise software; Linux, MacOS, Windows) 2. Implementing solutions on the base of ISY3 platform: eMarketing, Media Content Management, Web2Print and other graphic arts industry solutions for CIS states 3. IT support/IT consulting services in Belarus 4. IT training (system administration, Java programming)
