Fran Pearce-Higgs Marketing Director Award winning global marketing director with extensive in-house, agency and start-up experience across fashion, beauty, consumer goods and culture. Fran has supported the development and launch of multiple beauty and wellbeing brands focused on positioning to meet consumer needs and the development of brand identity and then sell in and sell through multi channel marketing and retail strategies.
