Neurodiversity is the broad term that describes variations in how the brain works. It includes autism/Aspergers, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette's and many other neural variants.
We are particularly focused on employment outcomes and are passionate about focusing on the strengths of individuals and what they can do and celebrating their unique minds, rather than focusing on their weaknesses.
We work with organisations and neurodiverse people to educate, support, guide and inspire.
