Believe and Achieve Support Ltd we provide support for young people in their transition to independent living. Our ethos empowers supporting young people to support themselves. We offer individual person centred support on their journey towards adulthood. We believe that young people have a better chance of success when they have skills and resources to navigate their next steps toward to independence. We accommodate young people who are predominately aged 16 to 18 and post 18, who are Looked After Children, including, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children. Additionally young people at risk of homelessness or who are homeless, young people on remand and in the Youth Justice system, also Care Leavers. Our current cohort are predominantly Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children.
