Bell Environmental Consulting is an environmental consulting firm with expertise in environmental modeling, forestry services, geographic mapping, GIS services, and environmental data analysis. We have worked with the US Forest Service, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Howard County Department of Agriculture, along with private contracts. BEC has developed custom forest operations cost estimate software in order to study the cost beenfit of a variesty of proopsed bio-energy harvresting operations.
