Bell Groups’ roots are anchored in service logistics. Our entrepreneurial adventure began with Guido Lanati, who in the 1960s paved the way for ground-breaking logistics operational policies, which soon captured incoming market business trends. Thanks to this orientation, the Group is a consolidated presence in the perishable goods industry as well as in large chains distribution platforms. The Group holds 500,000 sq meters of logistic platforms, 600 means of distribution, and a total of more than 1,000 employees. Following the sale of the business assets to a listed public company but retaining its real estate, Cesare Lanati took the lead of Bell Group, boasting solid experience in construction operations and in the design of storage spaces. This is the time when history becomes the tool to interpret the real estate world with renewed eyes, through the gaze of those who had for years operated successfully in the service industry. Bell Group’s blueprint emerges from these roots, and thrives as a services business in the real estate world, establishing itself as a differentiating element amongst the businesses already operating in the market.
