BITS is focused on expert-level services for network, server, data center switching and compute, storage, backup, and security. To complement these services, BITS offers products from top OEM’s in the industry such as Cisco, HP, VMware, Nimble, Veeam, and Aruba. Company History The company was founded in 2004 with the goal of providing affordable expert-level services to small and medium sized businesses that were underserved by other IT companies. In addition to these customers, point services are provided to larger organizations that have full time IT staffs. While initially focused solely on services, numerous requests from customers resulted in Bell IT Services becoming partners with top OEM’s in the industry to provide customers a one-stop shop.
