In its debut SS19 season, Designers Hannah and Lesley hope that the brand will be an example of how contemporary fashion can show its commitment to nature, artistic endeavour and to the environment. Mother and daughter, Lesley and Hannah entered the children’s fashion industry in 2013 but have more than paid their debts as artists and printmakers with decades of experimenting. Their new brand is the culmination of years of rigorous research into the fashion and textile industry in the UK. Characteristically fascinated with animals and prints, the collection is but their first step into the daring. With vivid and curious creatures alongside brilliant colour and non-conventional materials, Bella + Frank’s debut SS19 collection is not at all afraid to be bold.
