Bella di Notte was founded in 1998 with the vision of offering women a better choice. A choice of product with better value, better fit and more in tune with women’s needs. We have identified our target customer needs of natural fibre bias, colourful designs, exclusivity, comfort, European or near east origin and a priority for quality through longevity of wear with a more flattering tailored fit. The emphasis on fit has always been balanced with a casual aesthetic but paying strong attention to accommodating different women’s body shapes particularly a mature woman.
We extended this better choice to our team too. Making individual contracts of employment to suit each team members life/work balance. We are pioneers in flexible contracts for working mums and dads, putting people before profit.
