Bella Terra Stables is a nonprofit organization in Murrysville that provides Equine-Assisted therapy, learning, and wellness programs. Our unique, person-centered approach to mental health incorporates a powerful bond between horse and child. We strive to remove barriers and stigma associated with mental health and expand Bella Terra’s reach, creating opportunities and providing space for healing outside the traditional four-wall setting, instead utilizing nature. In addition to services offered at the farm, we are partnering with school districts, organizations, foundations, and providers throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region and surrounding counties to increase accessibility to unique mental health supports and services.
