BELLILLO

The search for raw material of excellence, from production to manufacturing, are the foundations on which the Bellillo project is born, and that’s where our motto “From our lands to your hands” comes from. The products we put on our dishes and share with our customers are taken care of personally by our co-founder and Head-Chef Francesco Vigna, who leaves nothing to chance and has extreme attention for every detail…. The name Bellillo was taken from the Neapolitan dialect and means “cute”, after having thought of many possibilities we weren’t sure about: our only question was “amma truvà nu nomme Bellillo” (let’s find a cute name), and then the answer came with “ma pecchè nun o chiamme proprie Bellillo?” (why don’t we call it “Bellillo”?)
