Our team start their journey with us having already developed their love for coffee, and through our mentoring and support they are empowered to further their own personal craft within the industry. This creates an ongoing improvement of our coffee range and production standards at all levels of the business. Bellissimo Coffee was established in 2010, roasting from our founding Wandoo Street store located in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Prior to opening the doors to the cafe, our first milestone was to venture into the roasting business and develop our own signature blends. Since our year of inception Bellissimo Coffee has won multiple Champion, Reserve Champion and Gold awards. Collectively across the business we have won over 100 awards in total, allowing us to claim the title of highest awarded coffee roaster in Australia. Our green coffee buying and roasting team are dedicated to ensuring the quality and consistency of our single origin coffee range and award-winning blends. Sourcing distinctive, high quality coffee is a key priority for our single origin range; while maintaining unwavering consistency in flavour profile for our house blends.
