We are all about building cultures that empower EVERYONE to thrive. Over the years we have seen the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) movement evolve from being a legal requirement to something that is becoming a part of the DNA in organisations that really value their greatest assets - their people. However, the dial has not shifted as much as we would like to see. WHY IS THAT? Well, we believe that we’ve not concentrated enough on building workplace cultures where trust is strong and people feel psychologically safe.
