BEM UNSRI

Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya (BEM UNSRI) is a student organization representing the voice of UNSRI students to convey their aspirations and needs to the university and government. BEM UNSRI holds significant events to strengthen the relationship between students and the academic community, emphasizing the active and democratic participation of its members in decision-making processes. BEM UNSRI has four primary functions: advocacy, community service, event organizing, and movement. Advocacy aims to protect students' rights and interests, while community service is conducted to improve society's welfare. Event organizing aims to enhance BEM UNSRI's image and relationship with stakeholders, and movement aims to mobilize students to participate in various social, cultural, and political activities to create positive change in society. BEM UNSRI also focuses on promoting local culture, particularly South Sumatra culture, and participates in various activities to preserve and elevate it.
