I am an experienced business owner, with extensive experience working in the food and beverage industry. I am skilled in catering, food and beverage preparation, event planning and in providing exceptional customer service experience. I graduated from Ecole Hoteliere de Tain L'Hermitage and Hotel Business School of Nice France and my early experience was developed in the yachting industry and working with prestigious hotels and restaurants in Europe and I have worked closely with VIP’s around the world. I moved to Australia in 2005 and worked in the hospitality industry, as well as running my own restaurant and opening a boutique giftware store.
