Bench - Mark People Solutions, run by Suzy Watts BA MA Chartered MCIPD, supports organisations to navigate the complexities of the human capability. Supporting the development of an inclusive culture through D&I guidance, advice and training. Here at Bench-mark People Solutions I can offer a professional and independent service using my unique mix of professional skills, experience and foresight, adding value by supporting, signposting, identifying lessons learnt and future challenges and ensuring your companies, and your staffs, resilience going forward. I have over 20 years’ experience as a Senior Officer in the RAF, I have also undertaken roles as a Director heading up People and Culture and also running a highly successful CIC, I have delivered D&I training to large charities and have 18 years’ experience as a senior D&I lead for the RAF. Using my extensive experience with writing high level strategy, I can provide a framework for success by reviewing and developing your people policies and procedures. Currently clients include a national membership organisation where I support their people policies, ensures good standing amongst the members and undertakes and oversees investigations when required. I am also supporting a school to ensure alignment of internal and external policies. I am also a Senior Officer within the RAF Reserves where I investigate the most serious and complex Service complaints working to very senior Officers as the deciding bodies.
