Benchmark Canterbury

Benchmark Canterbury is a new take on group training. Purpose built for strength and conditioning in a group environment. From a day one beginner to a high level athlete there is a session that will suite you. We pride ourselves on working on fundamental movement pattens, improving strength , correcting posture and developing on speed and power. Each member first step is to be screened to test there movement and strength quality. Depending on the results the member is placed into a session to fit there needs and goals. The ultimate goal is to progress through the system and enter session that have higher training demands.
