Benchmark Real Estate Group (“Benchmark”) is an owner / operator and real estate private equity fund manager which acquires value-add multifamily assets in the New York City market that need moderate to heavy rehab on a short to mid-term investment horizon. We focus on maximizing investor returns through intensive, hands-on management of the renovation process and aggressive lease-up to increase NOI throughout the hold period. Since its inception in 2009 Benchmark has done in excess of $1.5 billion in transactions. Founded by Jordan Vogel and Aaron Feldman, together, the pair have built a vertically integrated firm and are directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition, re-positioning and/or redevelopment process of each property.
