We are a general building and property maintenance company, operating in all commercial sectors of the building and refurbishment industry throughout the wider midlands region. Our customer base includes Local Authorities, education facilities and private commercial clients. We are fully insured for the work we undertake and our site management team is trained and qualified to industry recognised standards under the CITB “SMSTS” scheme. All our staff and operatives carry CSCS cards and undergo regular industry specific training. Beyond this, we are accredited on the government backed CHAS (Contractor Health and Safety) scheme, recognising our firm commitment to health and safety in the construction industry. Whether working directly for a building owner/user or acting as a sub-contractor as part of a larger project team, we will oversee and project manage all our own works, including producing necessary risk assessments and construction phase health and safety file information.
