Bend + Mend

Bend + Mend is a group of four Sydney CBD Physiotherapy clinics. Our experienced staff strive to meet their patients’ goals through the use of evidence-based clinically-proven manual therapy and exercise. Bend + Mend offers Physiotherapist-led Clinical Pilates, a great adjunct to treatment to help prevent ongoing pain and injury. Many of our Physiotherapists have postgraduate qualifications, not compulsory for all physiotherapists, which gives them additional diagnostic and treatment skills to help you recover more quickly. Our Physiotherapists regularly liaise with GPs, Sports Specialists, Orthopaedic Specialists, and Neurological Specialists to ensure that our patients receive exactly the right type and level of treatment. The majority of our patients will receive a booking within 24 hours. Our Physiotherapists recognise that people in the city are busy, so we aim to be on time for all our appointments so you do not have to wait. Remember, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist in Australia.
