Benefit Management has been established for 10 years and is based in Southeast Queensland. We specialise in strategy, governance and project portfolio work, all with a focus on the benefits that can be realised from significant investment. Our goal is to support organisations to be clear in their strategy objectives and confident in their ability to achieve them, with a focus on delivering practical value which draws on proven best practice models. Benefit Management has extensive experience across a range of industries including: transport, government, energy, water, finance and health sectors. We have successfully established pragmatic program and project management functions in a range of organisations, which led to two of those organizations achieving the Australian Institute of Project Management’s highest competence award of “Project Managed Organisation”.
