(BRI), is an employee benefit consulting and administration firm with extensive experience in the design, implementation and administration of tax qualified benefit programs including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), ESOPs with 401(k) provisions (KSOPs), Profit Sharing Plans and 401(k) Plans. BRI’s staff has over 50 years combined experience and is at the forefront of knowledge and technical expertise. The professional staff includes Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), and Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBSs) trained in the disciplines of finance, accounting and employee benefit administration.
