Benewtral is the first Italian company to produce truly clinker-free binders. Our raw materials consist of up to 70 % industrial by-products, as certified by Remade, and our entire production process runs at room temperature, slashing CO₂ emissions by 90 % compared to conventional cement. All of our products are Remade-certified and fully CAM-compliant.
Founded in 2020 by Riccardo Frezzato and Nicolò Verardi under the name Rehouseit, Benewtral brings together a diverse, young, and experienced team dedicated to transforming an industry that has seen no material innovation in 150 years, despite cement accounting for 7–8 % of global CO₂ emissions.
