Benju was founded in 2004, starting with just two estates under Anglo-American wines, namely Boschendal & Vergelegen Estates. Over the years, the company has grown considerably and now boasts an extensive portfolio that includes two of the world's largest spirit houses - Pernod Ricard, which features notable brands such as Jameson, Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, Absolut Vodka, and more, as well as The Really Great Brands Company (RGBC), responsible for Jack Daniel's, Southern Comfort, Moët & Chandon, and many others. Additionally, Benju is home to more than thirty-five wine farms. As part of our commitment to continuous growth and meeting our customers' diverse needs, Benju's sister company, Liquor & Wine Merchants Botswana (LWMB), was established in 2016. LWMB oversees more than twenty wine farms and is responsible for one of South Africa's leading spirits and wine producers, KWV. Both Benju and LWMB have cemented their positions as Botswana's leading distributors of spirits, wine, and related products to the wholesale, retail, and HORECA trade throughout the country.
