Ben Marcus Consulting is a private firm based in Seattle, WA providing services throughout the U.S. Our team has more than 30 years of healthcare operations, business development, process improvement, and strategy experience. We pride ourselves in providing timely, accurate, and knowledgable work product. While we do work with practices of all sizes, we focus on empowering mid-sized, small and solo-provider practices with the support necessary to achieve financial viability, maintain their independence, and keep their communities well cared for. In addition to offering support services to off-load the practice management workload, we aim to up-skill the in-house support staff for our practices. Improving their job satisfaction and their overall performance. We believe a happy and empowered employee is far more productive and more likely to stay with their employer than their counterparts.
