Bennett Capital Partners is an investment group founded by former family business owners. We are unique in the sense that our investor base is made up of former business owners, senior executives, and family offices rather than pension funds or insurance companies. Our model brings meaningful value to the companies we partner with compared to a traditional institutional fund given our direct operating experience. Given our backgrounds and experiences, our model resonates well with family business owners and founder led companies. We focus on firms with between $3 million and $20 million of EBITDA and primarily look at manufacturing/industrial/distribution type companies. We recently acquired Albert Tire Company (www.alberttire.com), a second generation family business and leading distributor of Goodyear branded tires throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Founded in 1919, the Company operates out of three distribution facilities located in West Deptford, NJ, York, PA, and Beltsville, MD.
