Benni Bärenstark e.V.

We are nine friends who all got to know each other through a shared interest in martial arts. We are a diverse bunch. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, but each of us is convinced that our martial arts training has had nothing but a positive impact on our quality of life. In addition to physical fitness, we have developed a strong mental attitude and community. To ensure that personal development can benefit from these aspects as early as possible, we want to give children access to high-quality martial arts training. In carefully selected martial arts schools, children and young people learn not only the technical aspects of the sport or stamina, but also how to show consideration for team members and thus grow together. At Benni Bärenstark e.V. and all partner schools, the values of community, honesty, consideration, perseverance, development, respect and democratic but self-determined action are emphasized.
