At Benny’s, we make authentic New York style bagels, made with the freshest, most natural ingredients. We boil our bagels until the dough is soft and shapeable, then seed or prepare each bagel individually by hand. After that, we bake them in our hearth stone oven until the bagels are rounded, shining, and of the finest quality. Unlike “newer” methods, which requires little time, labor, and effort, we hold much higher standards and provide much better quality. These bagels are healthy, nutritious, and filling. They contain no additives or oils, and each bagel is approximately 300 calories. In addition, they are cholesterol free and extremely low in fat. For anyone in need of a healthy, nutritious breakfast, our bagels and homemade coffee are great for an energy boost for everyone. Our bagels taste great on their own or even as a lunch sandwich.
