The Belgian Olympiad in Informatics is a non-profit initiative dedicated to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of problem-solvers and innovators. Since its founding 15 years ago, beOI has grown to involve all Belgian universities teaching computer science, offering thousands of high school students the opportunity to explore their passion for computing.
Every year, over 3,000 students from more than 100 schools participate in our engaging challenges, designed to spark curiosity, develop critical thinking, and build programming skills. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to promote computer science education and provide a platform where young talents can shine.
We proudly represent Belgium in international informatics competitions and work to make the field accessible to all.
