Bhd. were renamed to Berjaya CKE International Sdn. Bhd. (1512369-X) and Berjaya CKE Enterprise Sdn. Bhd (1537696-V). when entered into a partnership with AIGF (Singapore), a private equity firm sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan).
