Our firm owns and operates 55 assets over 4.8 million square feet of industrial real estate, totaling approximately $190 million of real estate assets under management. IC Berkeley Partners is closing its third discretionary value-add industrial real estate fund, IC Berkeley Partners III, LP with equity commitments of $125 million. The Fund’s investors include large US public pension funds and other institutional investors. By the end of 2015, we are expected to grow to approximately 7 million square feet. Since April 30, 2013 we have added 2.7 million square feet to our portfolio, and we have acquired over 340,000 square feet in 2015 to date. Our current portfolio spans seven states - Texas, Georgia, California, New Mexico, Utah, Florida, and Tennessee.
