Established in 2013, Berkshire Group is a privately held development management and property advisory firm specialising in residential project delivery in SEQ. Property development is inherently a ‘risk business’ and Berkshire Group appreciates that no two projects are alike. Pre-eminent real estate professor James Graaskamp famously mused that “The successful real estate deal is nothing more than a series of crises tied together by a critical path”. Our approach derives from a healthy respect for the often unpredictable, complex nature of property development – plus a determination to deliver quality client outcomes whilst also protecting their downside.
