Berkshire Transition Network

Berkshire Transition Network provides transitional recovery housing and case management services in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Our program includes a safe and supportive living space, 24-hour supervision and intensive one-on-one coaching with a personal recovery coach. Our model encompasses a holistic approach to recovery; each client follows an individualized treatment plan designed to bring all areas of life into balance. Set in bucolic Berkshire County, our clients engage in a process of Intentional Lifestyle Design: Crafting a life free of drugs and alcohol and filled with purpose and well-being.
